Account-Based Cloud Studio Licensing
ReelCut Studio is a browser-based cloud video production application. When you purchase a license, a separate unique License Key is issued to your account. This section explains your account-based access, usage rights, and multi-device policies.
Scope of ReelCut Studio Licenses
ReelCut Studio issues three tiers of application licenses and one tier of digital creative assets. Your purchase grants you the specific rights associated with your chosen tier:
Single-User Personal & Commercial Lifetime License
Grants a perpetual, non-transferable single-seat license for 1 named user. Includes 1080p Full HD video exports, full timeline editor access, and 10 starter AI credits. No recurring monthly fees or automatic replenishments.
Single-User Professional Lifetime License
Grants a perpetual, non-transferable single-seat license for 1 named user with 25 starter AI credits. Includes 4K Ultra HD rendering, priority render cloud access, multi-track timeline, keyframing, and commercial client monetization rights. No recurring monthly fees.
Multi-User Team License (Up to 5 Seats)
Grants active concurrent access for up to 5 team collaborator seats under one master organizational account. Includes shared organization workspace with Owner, Editor, and Viewer roles, 5 team seats, dedicated Brand Kits, and pooled AI credits wallet (no automatic monthly credit replenishments; refills available anytime as needed). Includes 7-day free trial.
Royalty-Free Creative Asset License
Grants the buyer the right to incorporate downloaded templates, lower thirds, audio, and transitions into an unlimited number of personal and commercial end-videos.
Multi-Device Access & Session Management
Starter, Pro, and Agency users can access their accounts across multiple devices (desktops, laptops, tablets). While there is no restriction on which device you use, logging in on a new device will automatically and securely log out your earlier active session to safeguard your account and assets.
Commercial Rights & AI Output Ownership
Customers and users own what they generate. You hold 100% perpetual commercial usage and monetization rights over all final rendered videos, images, voiceovers, and creative outputs produced in ReelCut Studio.ai, with full rights to deliver completed projects to third-party clients.
Usage Rights & Restrictions
Every purchase includes a single-user license (or up to 5 named seats under the Agency Plan) for commercial or personal projects. You may not resell, share, lease, or redistribute the raw files, templates, or application installers. All original software source code, designs, templates, and overlays remain the exclusive intellectual property of ReelCut Studio.
Fees and Billing
All prices are listed in USD. Since our products are delivered instantly via cloud access and digital download, all sales are final once accessed.
